- Añejo Tequila60 ml / 2 ozA good quality 100% agave añejo tequila is recommended for its oak and caramel notes. A reposado can also be used for a slightly brighter profile.
- Agave Nectar1 teaspoon (approx 5 ml / 0.17 oz)Can be substituted with simple syrup, but agave nectar complements the tequila base perfectly. Adjust to taste.
